Plain & Fancy cabinetry has devoted over 50 years to creating hand-crafted, customized cabinets. The quality craftsmanship and innovative features of their cabinets provide a luxurious accent to any room. Through their nationwide expansion, they have developed a team of dealers to aid in the sale of their products. To better organize these efforts, a request was made to redesign their portal site.
The Approach
The goal for this new portal was to create a cohesive site with simple navigation. There were many challenges in developing the User Interface. Plain & Fancy had significant content which required complex organization for easier dealer navigation. Brand guidelines were followed to maintain the company’s sophisticated aesthetic. The final product increased customer satisfaction, productivity, and sales.
